Make content for BOTH audiences!
For example, on Instagram, Reels tend to reach NEW audiences (Casual Viewers) while Carousel Posts & Stories are mostly only seen by YOUR followers (Loyalists).
When talking to Casual Audiences:
talk about WHAT you do + WHY itās important to them
When talking to Loyalists:
give them a sneak-peek of HOW you do what you do

Whenever your audience or clients WIN, pan the camera over to them screaming their heads off!
Some testimonials come off cringey!
Instead, when your audience talks about their WIN, prompt them to tell a story of their BEFORE, their AFTER & all the emotions in between as they went through a transformation with you!
